RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal Policy and Withdrawal Form for Consumers in the Case of Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium
For the purposes of this withdrawal policy, a "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only begun performing the contract after:

you have expressly consented to the commencement of the performance of the contract;

you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun; and

we have provided you with confirmation of your declaration on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon delivery of the goods or before the performance of the service begins.
Please note that we may make the conclusion of the contract conditional upon the above consent and acknowledgement.
