We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, videos, prices, and other information published on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences in colour, appearance, dimensions, packaging, or other characteristics may occur due to:

5. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
An order confirmation sent by email merely confirms that we have received your order. A purchase contract is concluded only once your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed or, in the case of digital products, once the download or course access has been made available.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

6. Prices

Where applicable, prices include German Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges are displayed separately during checkout where applicable and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers outside the European Union are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

If your payment provider uses another currency, exchange rates and any applicable conversion fees are determined solely by your bank or payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
Download links and access information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct.
If you do not receive your download link or access information within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
10. Online Courses
Unless otherwise stated, access to purchased online courses is granted for the lifetime of the course.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the course remains available through SFX.CRIME. It does not imply an obligation to keep the course online indefinitely or to provide future updates.
We reserve the right to:

correct errors,

add, remove or update lessons where reasonably necessary,

update downloadable materials,
-
change the learning platform if necessary,

discontinue a course if required for technical, legal or business reasons.

11. Personal Licence
All digital products are sold as a personal, non-transferable licence.
Each purchase grants access to one individual only.
You may use your purchased digital products on your own personal devices.

resell or sublicense digital products;

upload files to file-sharing platforms;

Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.
12. Delivery of Physical Products
Physical products are shipped from Germany.
Orders are generally processed as quickly as possible after successful payment.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Due to legal, environmental or logistical regulations, we are currently unable to ship physical products to the following countries:

15. Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a shipment is returned because:

delivery was refused,

customs charges were not paid,

or the parcel was not collected,
additional shipping costs may be charged before the order can be resent.
Where reshipment is no longer possible, any refund will be made only after deduction of any shipping costs, return shipping fees and other expenses incurred.
